I look at this top picture and think, Abigail looks so happy and content. Then I look at the next few and think, boy we are torturing her.
Starting solids have been a slow process for us. After a few days of trying the rice cereal we decided to try the oatmeal. Abigail did not like the rice at all. In fact, she started spitting it out and blowing raspberries. It is so hard not to laugh at her when she does that. After 2 days of trying the oats she ate! Today we attempted carrots. She ate them but was not too happy about the taste. Here are a few pictures. Abigail looks so funny. Again, we tried not to laugh at her but tell her she was doing a good job eating, but it was hard.

Ha! Ha! Ha! So glad to see it's not just Addysen making those faces like she's being tortured when I feed her something she doesn't like! :-) Abigail is such a cutie! So fun to have the girls together tonight!

That is SO funny. Tayva was the same way. She ended up not really eating solid foods until she was 10 months old--because she just wasn't into it. :) Siri hasn't started solids yet, and probably won't for a while, but we'll see how she does when the time comes!!! Aren't kiddos hilarious? Gotta love em'.
