L is for Leaf

L is for Leaf that we find in the Fall.

As our mid-west fall is almost over we are very much enjoying the cool, crisp weather and watching the leaves change color and fall gently to the ground. The air is so clean and smells so good. The sun is even warm, when it's out, and reminds us happily of home. Home is where we will soon be.

Although the weather is quite a bit cooler than what Abigail has grown up in, she is not bothered by it. She wears her little hat and gloves and goes about business as usual. Exploring new things or anything else that captures her attention while we are outside.

How fun to see Abigail playing in the leaves. Someone has a lot of raking to do! It is so fun to be a kid and run in the "crunch" of fall. She looks so happy and confortable with Hunter. What a great time. Soon it will be back to the desert. Enjoy. Jude

...M is for Mouth to whisper and yell, N is for Nose, what can you smell... :-)

I can't wait to show Addysen these pics when she gets up from her nap! Three of her favorite things...Abigail, a puppy and leaves!! :-) Such cute pics! So glad Abigail is having fun with all the leaves too!

Those are great pictures! It's funny to think that in a week, you'll be wearing t-shirts & flip flops again!
