Everyday Abigail and I go out for a walk. Sometimes we go for 2 walks. We just love being outside and the exercise is great too. Abigail is a very curious little girl and she loves looking at the sky, grass, cars and birds. We often walk over to Safeway and get some groceries. There is a regular cashier who also likes it when we stop in so she can smile at Abigail.

How fun! That is so great that you spend so much time outdoors with Abigail! My kids love being outside, also!
